I am applying greencards for parents. My father already got his. My mother, however, has problems due to her fingerprints. She did fingerprinting twice at immigration office, both times her fingerprints were unreadable. She was asked to go to Police Department to get a "Good conduct certificate" . The Police department tried to do her finderprints again, but still unsuccessful. The Police Department could not do "Good conduct search" without fingerprints. We just submitted the letter from Police Department to the Immigration office. What do you think will happy to my mother's application? Can she still get the greencards without fingerprints? She already passed the interview together with my father. Thankyou for any advice!
