Please give me some advice for my H1-B transfer case. My case is kind of complicated. I got my 1st H1-B in Oct 2008 in company A. Then in May 2009, I got layoff and got a offer for company B. Since then, company B start transfering my H1-B, and I worked in company B since then. Becuase company B's HR's mistake and irresponsibility, my H1-B was filed only in May 2010, and got denied in Sep 2010 because of HR's mistake, I also got layoff at that time. Now i got an offer from company C. when try to transfer my H1-B from company A to company C by in express way, my lawyer got a letter from USCIS to ask for paystab for past 4 month and 2010's tax return. My question is: shall i give them company B's paystab and tax return? and what is the chance for this case get approve. I asked lawyer, looks like my H1-B and I-94 is still valid, is it right?
