I have two I-485s. My first I-485 was filed concurrently with my EB-2 (NIW)
in 2007. My second I-485 was filed concurrently with my wife’s EB-2 in 2007. On January 18, 2011, my EB-1a was approved. The Immigration Officer mistakenly approved my second I-485 (relinked to my newly approved EB-1a), but denied my first I-485 which was filed concurrently with my EB-2 (NIW) in 2007. So I got my green card with the receipt number from my second I-485 (which my wife filed for me based on her EB-2 in 2007).  Since my second I-485 is not supposed to be visa available (although my wife’s EB-2 was approved in 2009), does my current green card have the risk to be revoked in the future? Most importantly, the Officer didn’t relink my EB-1a to my wife’s I-485 which I filed for her concurrently with my EB-2 (NIW) in 2007? So my wife didn’t get her green card yet. Can my wife’s I-485 still be linked to my EB-1a?
