I am a green card holder and my wife's status is F1 student. Right now I am applying the green card for her. We both are in the United States.

We followed pjiang's article http://blog.wenxuecity.com/blogview.php?date=200801&postID=6735 and filed my I-130 to USCIS
P.O. Box 804625
Chicago, IL 60680-1029.

In this February, I received a letter for 'Affidavit of Support' fee, $88. I payed it.

and Now I received 'Immigrant Visa Application Processing' fee, $404. This time the fee is a little higher.

Then I checked the letter. There is a line:
(3. If the applicant intends to adjust status with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services(USCIS), please contact NVC before taking further action or making any payment. )

So I am just wondering whether I should still pay this Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee, $404. and In pjiang's articles, I did not found anything related to the above two fees.

Thanks
