我担保前夫办绿卡--今天面试并批准了
我和儿子他爸2003年离婚, 儿子归我. 然后我又结婚了 (已过七年). 儿子在私立大学三年级,我们付学费。 去年底儿子满21周岁.
我和儿子想帮他爸办绿卡. 我和儿子都是在2007年成为美国公民的.
儿子他爸1997年来美国, 拿了一个硕士学位, 在大公司干了一年, 被裁员, 又去学校拿了另一个硕士学位, 未找到专业工作, 身份黑掉已近五年了. 这些年, 他主要是写书 (未发表), 做私人家教维持生活.
从2005年起, 他没有再填税表.
儿子的出生公证和前夫的出生公证都是在上海，1996年做的。
儿子有一点假期工收入，很少，不够担保额。现老公（大好人）要我担保用我们的税表（我的收入蛮高，老公更高）。
12/13/2010 用快件寄出所有表格（I-485，I-130，I-765）
12/21/2010，收到退件因交费用老的表（我的错，没在寄出所有表格前再查价格）
12/23/2010 用快件再寄出所有表格（I-485，I-130，I-765）+加钱（按新表）
02/09/2011，打手印
03/07/2011，收到工卡
04/04/2011，面试.
我，儿子和前夫一起去。我等在大厅。他们去面试。
移民官问了我儿子三个问题：1。他是你爸吗？2。你爸的生日？3。你爸住那儿？（因儿子从没去他爸处，都是他爸来，所以，儿子只说了城市名。）
移民官问了我前夫三个问题：1。你是恐怖分子吗？2。你喜欢美国吗？3。你是中共党员吗？
移民官自言自语了一句：“你前妻做你的第二担保，有趣!”
面试估计20分钟，最后对他说：“你的绿卡批准了。欢迎你来美国。”然后移民官拿回工卡和I-94原件并对他说：“你会在30天前收到绿卡。"
