perm job offer is in A State, if perm/I-140 is approved, visa # is not available , after that time, if corporation needs relocate to B state, does he have to redo the perm/I-140? Does this relocation affect his GC process?
-You employer needs to file an I-140 amendment. Ask your employer/lawyer to do it after your employer relocates.
