NSC, EB2 PERM, PD 7/21/2006 (My hu*****and is the primary applicant)
Both I and My hu*****and received: (1) USCIS email on Card/Document production ordered (2) USCIS email on Mailed out approval notice; (3) the law office received the approval notice I-797; (4) Plastic Green Card.
In addition, my hu*****and received a copy of the approval notice I-797C. However, I received a USCIS email: Notice returned by post office as undeliverable. The status changed to 'Initial Review' and ask me to call them. I assume the undelivable notice is I-797C
Questions as follows,
1. Because we have I-797 already (from law office), do I still need I-797C? If yes, I just call them and ask them mail again?
2. Because the case status change to "initial review", how should I contact USCIS and ask then change?
