There is a note about I-824:

USCIS will not process Form I-824 if your petition or application has been denied or has not been approved.

I only received a Receipt Notice after I filed I-539 for my parents.I don't know if our case was denied or approved since I had not received any documents about it.

Do you have any good idea? Or do you know other cases like mine get approval?
