My parents have retired, but they used to work in a sensitive industry. When they applied for B2, they were required to provide their resume. Though they got the visa, it was only one entry within 3 months, instead of multiple in a year.
While they were here, they were also contacted and subsequently interviewed by FBI.
Now I am thinking of applying for greencard for them. My question is, what is the possibility of them being denied given their background? I have read an article that says less 1% of the name checks by FBI is returned with "special notes". Will my parents fall under that unfortunate catogery? If they do get rejected, will they never come back go US again?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
