I am working for a fortune 500 company, recently there is a re-organziation in our department and my current job is eliminated. I got a package. Meanwhile, I applied another position in the same company but different department and I'm likely to be accepted, and job responsiblities is different from the previous one. if so, is my labor certificate based on previous job still usable? If not, is there any remedial plan? It would be a great pity if the PERM can't be used any more and I have to start over.
