老公（H1-B) 正在申请绿卡 EB-1 (I-140 已批准了)，学校sponsored. 现在正在准备递交I-485 (全家).
我是（配偶）TN工作签证。老公学校律师说，做为配偶，我需要更换工作签证（从TN 换H1-B）才能递交 485 ，因为TN不是dual intent， 不能有移民倾向. 以前发过贴子问过(如下), 版主说TN 可以申请绿卡.
刚刚和学校律师交流过，她说如果我不换成H1-B,她不会帮我们FILE I-485.我们现在只好自己递交I-485.
请问有经验的朋友，有什么需要的注意示项吗？

-Your hu*****and, you and your child need to file seaprate I-485s, respectively. But I suggest that you do not file the I-485 until the EB-1B I-140 is approved. If the I-140 is not approved, you do not need to file the I-485s, thus, you can save the money (I-485 filing fee and physical exam fee).

有人说我不用换成H1也， TN可以申请485，
