I got a new offer but my old H1b is still under initial review, shoudl I proceed a new petition with the new company right away or should wait for the old one to withdraw？ my OPT is going to end at the end of June..

 

and Should I go for Premium process? Is there any bad influend on my new case if i do not withdraw my old one first/
