I checked online that my I-140 (NIW) was approved 2 weeks ago but I haven't got the notice yet. I called and found that they did not update my address (I moved twice and filled out the form after each moving). So the approval notice must have sent to my old address 2 yrs ago and may have got lost. I called all relevant post office but that doesn't seem to help. Shall I fill out Form I-824 (application for action on an approved application for petition)? I was told that it will take 3 months to process the application. Any other solutions? Thanks.
