My HR lady listened to our company immigration lawyer's "advice", and didn't want to issue a detailed EVL to state "the specific duties of the position, the position's educational requirement and/or training requirements", but only "the job title, and the date of my first employment and the salary paid". Can I ask my boss, the principal investigator, to address those issues?
