I have a few questions:

1. The lawyer submitted seprately my I765 after i finished I485 biometric, she told me that no photograph is needed, but i am worried, do you think it is fine not to submit photograph for I765 application. If not ok, can i mail my photograph to USCSI now?

2. My current H1b will expire this month, but i485 and i765 are still pending, if H1b expires, my status is still legal during pending?

3. Can i use H1b to do part time job in university?
