在线急等, EAD renew收到补件通知 wait..2011-07-12 00:08:34

我的EAD都renew过两次了，每次都很顺利，这次竟然收到一个这样的补件通知：

we cannot verify that you have an underlying visa petition filed/approved. please submit proof that there is or has been a properly filed underlying visa petition, such as I-140, I-526. If the petition was filed under a different name, please include copies of document to verify the relationship, such as a birth certificate or marriage license.

我的情况是这样的： 劳工是主申请人，EB2, 我们2007年7月递交的485，我renew EAD 时，categoy 填写的是C9, 应该没错吧？现在我是不是要交劳工的I-140, I-485的复印件，再加上结婚公证复印件就可以了？ 我的结婚公证书是2001年在国内办的，还有效吗？谢谢大家，真是急死我了.
