Promotion after I-140 approved, BIG PROBLEM??? fengtingyun2011-07-20 14:51:04

My EB2 based I-140 got approved in 2008. And I was promoted in 2010. But I perform the similar duties (90% same)

My priority date is current and I can file 485 in August.

I really would like to know how to write the employment letter?? The current position is different from the one used for PERM and 140. Is a big problem?
