I plan to DIY H1 extention(of course with employer sign). Is the renewal process same for applicant with current PD, i.e. fill in ETA9035E and I-129? I-129 is easy, but how to do ETA9035E?
1) Do I must create an online account and submit online or can I just simply fax to DOL?
2) Do I need to fax to State workforce agency to get prevailing wage or just get via their website (I already found the wage on SWA website)?
