I have a good new that my hu*****and & my green card are both approved after 10 years waiting. But we worry my daughter’s status now. We did not apply her I-485 with us.
1. She went back China with H4 at the end of June for summer vacation.
2. She got her H4 visa at China Beijing Embassy at the early July.
3. After that, our green card were approved on July 29 by email( have not received cards yet).
My questions:
1. Is my H4 invalid the minute my green card is approved?
2. If yes, could she still come in USA with her H4?
3. If she comes in, can she still use her H4 to apply her I -485?
We really worry about her status since she supposed to come back to school at 8/31 to continuer her 10th grade high school.
