07/18/2011, Email 收到说485批了，但两周都没收到卡。于是给USCIS打电话，说等。给老地址的邮局打电话，说文件已退回USCIS了。四年前file了AR-11， 但不知道还要给USCIS打电话。今天收到的Email如下。这是要全部重来啊，咋回到Initial Review了呢？急啊，大家有过这种经历吗？
