I efiled B2 extension for my mom, it got denied due to supporting material misplaced with the file.meaning original I-94 got lost within USCIS. and the deny letter din't mention about date of departure or anything. I applied for appeal for this case, got the receipt for this appeal case. So far, haven't heard anything yet. My question is where to ask for a New I-94 for returning to custom for departure.
