I have a friend who married a US citizen a couple months ago. Currently, he is not working, his wife works. He has green card before he married. His parents want to visit him next spring. Does any one know what kind of paperwork he needs to provide for his parents to get visa, also what document do his parents need to prepare in China? And how long can his parents stay in US if they can get visa? Thanks for the help!
