This is the 6 year I am in H1B status. My PERM and I-140 were approved in 2007. Now my priority date is current and I am prepared for 485 application.
(1). Should the PERM document be included in the 485 package? It is bad that I cannot find the PERM document any more.
(2). I got an advanced degree in US (7 years ago). Do I have to include I-20 in the 485 package as well?
(3). I applied EAD card when I graduated (7 years ago) but I never used the EAD card for employment. Now I want to apply for EAD card along with 485 application. Is the copy of that EAD required to be in the 485 package? Can I check the box 'No' under item 11 'Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?' on form I-765? If I check 'Yes', then the form asks me to provide USCIS office, Date and Results and all documents but it is bad again I cannot find it any more. I did not realize all those info should be kept and throwed it all away years ago.
