On November 3, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. blahblah.

期间换了2次工作,第二次工作地点换了state。一次FP，no REF。申请时是J1 waiver。 后来换H1
然后用EAD。 LP一直用EAD，用AP回国n 一次。

BTW，收到updates 后，一般多少天能收到卡呢？
