Dear Teacher P/ Teacher 8,
Regarding to I-94, my daughter has such case:
1. I94 part 1: the date of last entry into the U.S. is June,15,2009 (passport stamp date), I-94 has only front copy, because it's already surrendered to CBP office in Jan,2010
2. I94 part 2: I-94 was renewed in Jan 2010 by CBP for extension, which is being attached on her passport now, both fron & back is available. But, the entry date on the renewed I-94 is not exactly match-up with her passport stamp entry date due to CBP mistake. The renewed I-94 entry date is July,15,2009 , it should be June,15,2009 to match up passport stamp.
3. I94 part 3 (I-797A): she has original I-797A with the latest I-94 attached on the I-797A form, in which everything is correct, it's valid until the end of 2012
My question: shall provide all copies of her I-94s since the last entry date June,15,2009 (including I94 part1 with front copy only, I94 part2 with front & back but wrong entry date, and I94 I-797A with everything correct), right?
Really appreciated your comment!
