请教老师，about 485 agent check 重案六组2011-12-14 00:13:05

我的485是EB1A, 今天5月file的， PD 是去年底的

10月，第一次做SR回复说 is waiting for an officer to final reviews

这个月第二次SR,回复我们说 these I-485 applications have received review by an officer.  Unfortunately, that officer was unable to make a final decision on them because the agency checks have not been completed. 

我彻底晕了

问题是

1）这个agent check 就是background check 吗？

2）FBI有电话可以查询我们的agent check是否clear吗？

3）第一个SR是否意味着我们背景检查已经结束，为什么被一个an officer review之后又不clear呢？
