whatis Form I-551 102030402012-01-03 03:18:43

Hi,

I'm filing the I-131, "Rentry permit" for my parents. Noted on page 4 of the intruction, for Rerenty permit, "You must attach 1. A copy of the front and back of your Form I -551", is it the Green card?

Besides green card copy, any other document needed? how long is the processing time now?
