我绿卡已经拿了5年多，最近回国一趟呆了3个月，刚回来，想递交N400入籍申请。一看网上有这么一条

Have lived within the state, or USCIS district with jurisdiction over the applicant’s place of residence, for at least 3 months prior to the date of filing the application

这么说我必须等过了3月中才能申请？

急死我了，各位看看是不是要等上3个月啊？
