Principal applicant's I-485 approved about 5 weeks ago, but the spouse's I-485 is still pending (we submitted our I-485 same time in 2007, I-140 approved in 2008. We called USCIS regarding this one month ago, but have not got any reply), is this time gap common? What are the right ways to contact USCIS to facilitate this process, if possible? (Contact Congressman? Infopass? Useful to ask Ombudsman office? Other?)
