I asked you this question before ,but did not get clear answer.For my formI-765（EAD）填表with new 485 application，我觉得我可以选permission to accept an employmente 而不选 renewal of permission to accept an employment.因为我这次申请的EAD 和上次那个EAD是基于不同的485，没有一点关系，我的想法对吗？如果我选permission to accept an employmente，Question 11 是否可选 NO？ 这样我就不用提供任何上次那个EAD的资料，我主要是怕审批EAD的人confuse,因为我那个EAD的expriation date 是12月2012，看似还有11个月的有效期(but it is invalid since my old 485 was denied)。 万分感谢！
