My I-140 got approved today(just posted on the USCIS website) but I have not gotten a copy of approved notice yet. My questions

(1) How to link my new I-140(EB2) to my previous I-485(linking to EB3) through phone

(2) Can you provide a sample letter about inner link?. I want to sent a letter along with a copy of my new I-140 approval letter to USCIS
