I got L1A in Jan. 2012 from L1B.

a. Can I apply I485 now in EB1?

b. Does it hurt my EB2? The I140 was approved 09 2011

L1B怎么能升级到L1A呢?应该是你要先有一年国外公司的管理职位经验才能申请L1A的.
