1.The RFE for I-485 asked me to submit proof of employment authorization from sept. 2009 to dec. 2010 when I worked as a TA in my university and I maintained a F-1 status. The job is a part time (10 hours a week) on campus job. Besides my F-1, I-94 and visa page, what else should I submit? I am thinking to let my depart. head write a letter for me to show that this was a part time job (10 hours a week) and I was a full time student at the time.Or should I seek a letter from my school's international office service to verify my F-1 status at the time? Will my transcript help to show my full time student record at the time?

2. I requested a H-4 status in Aug. 2007 and after that I was enrolled into a graduate program at a university. So I sent a letter to USCIS to cancel the H-4 request. But in Nov. 2007, I received the H-4 status (from Nov.1 2007 to oct.30 2010) despite of the cancellation request. Following my school's international student advisor's suggestion, I crossed the Canadian border on Nov.11 2007 and then immediately went back to the U.S. so that my status was changed from H-4 to F-1.

Now for my I-485 application, the RFE requested me to provide evidence of nonimmigration status from Nov. 1 2007 (after H-4 expired) to Dec. 2011 when I submitted I-485. I am thinking to submit the following, although I have submitted all these in my origianl I-485 package:

My I-94 for F-1 status which I got from a consulate in Mexico (I have surrended this but I have a copy of the front page in my own record)

I-94 I got from Nov. 11 2007 when I crossed the Canadian border and then went back to the U.S.

Copies of my I-20

Visa page for F-1

I still have the letter my school's international students advisor prepared for me when I crossed the Canadian border in Nov. 2007, in which she explained how I received the H-4 status despite of my on time request for cancellation and how I was eligible for a F-1 status. Should I submit this one?

I also have the copy of the letter when I requested USCIS to cancel my H-4 application. Does it help if I also submit this one? I wonder whether too many documents might confuse USCIS.
