-H1B1`holder does not allow to have immigration intent, so you have to address that after you finish your work in US, you need to return to Singapore (trip plan) and your backgound has to match your job (descripttion of research), and of course you have to be hired by a US employer (雇主证明信).

不懂他们仅仅是要补充材料而已还是要仔细的security check.一般需要多长时间.我可以打电话或者email大使馆询问进展吗,
