I may need to change my job before 180 days of pending I-485.  But the new job is the same occupational classifcation (SOC Code), the same location, the same level of salary, the same job title, but with different job duties from what was  listed on my I-140 application. 

 So questions arise:
 
(1) Will I be considered to change my employer?
(2) Will new job be considered to be the same or similar occpuational classification?
(3) will my current H1B still be vaid? if not, will it be better to use EAD than to file a new H1B?
(4) If I use EAD rather than a new H1B, is it supposed that my employer has to cancel my current H1B?
(5) Assume my employer will not withdraw my approved I-140 and the pending I-485, what impacts will this job change on my and I-140 and I-485?

Greatly appreciate your insights.
