经过再三追问，奥本终于承认他对排期做了内部手脚，也就是对内部宣布了一个CNUS说
的实际排期。但是他坚称是中印同等对待。
这个实际排期只停止批准中印EB2的I-485申请，但是不停止中印EB2继续递交I-485申请
,这就是他为什么上次说一切仍然以官方公布的排期为准。
我赤裸裸追问了为何印度人还在继续收到批准，他回答这有可能是在他宣布内部排期之
前就已经批准的，现在系统才发出通知。部分原文如下：
