急：户口本＋翻译＝出生证明？ jwangbb2012-04-04 20:02:12

Recently I have been asked in RFE to resubmit 出生证明. Since the person (my Mom) is here in the US I have to entrust a friend to go to市公证处办理出生证明in China．However, I just found out to get a proper委托书, you need to go through notary public, contry and state authentication and Chinese Consulate for final authentication. Even with all these troubles, the委托书may or may not be accepted in China. Never mind the time for the round trip (10 days at least).

I am thinking to bring 户口本 and 翻译 by proper authority (some notary public). My question is: Has anyone done this way? Accepted or rejected?

在国内做一个出生公证，在国外都认可，相当于birth certificate.
