我们的４８５终于递上去并受到回制信。但是信上的SRC号和我劳工以前的不一样。而且Privority date is the day my hu*****and's 140 approved.

Our attorney told us that our priority date is 2008, Dec.When we applied LC. But our 140 was approved in 2010. How this happen? Thanks a lot.

We applied EAD, is that the reason? Or the immigration officer made mistake? If so, What should we do? Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

On this letter, They gave us new SRC No. Totally diferent with what my hu*****and's old one. Is it normal?
