Hi, Daxias:
I already got an offer from company A, and my H-1 has been approved by USCIS. My questions are:
1. How many days (from H-1 been approved) is allowed for me to wait before I actually start to work for comapny A.
2. If I got another offer during this period, can I transfer my H-1 from company A to company B before I start to work for A.
3. If yes for 2, what materials I have to provide for the transfer. ( Do I need pay stubs or long vacation letter)
