我现在OPT 7 月到期， I-130 PENDING PD是2月, J-1 waiver pending。 已经买了6月中的机票，下面哪一个办法可以8月返美？

a. submit I -485 & AP together in U.S

b. submit I-485 and then apply for 加急AP in U.S

c. back home and apply for K visa in China

d. no matter what, cannot get back to U.S

e. any other suggestions
