There was a prediction section for the VB version released couple of days back and it said there would be every effort to get the dates back to May 1,2010 by spring 2013 but the VB released today does not have any such comments.
My be they have many applications by now which will not allow the DOS to move the dates to May 1,2010 in FY 2013.
