H1B extention REF-Beyond six year limit-How to reply, Teacher 8 jojo1232012-05-29 23:36:45

My HR department and I didn't realize that I can't request for another 3 year for my H1B.

USCIS is asking for supporting evidence for extension beyond 6 years.

Can we just send a letter to explain that we only need an extension to maximum my 6 year and change the H1B extension request to a new expiration date? 

How to relay for a REF like this? It is our mistake and I don't have supporting evidence to request beyond 6 years.

My first H1B started Oct 1, 2008

I transfered H1B to another company starting May 11, 2009 to may 2012.

Now, my H1B extention asking for May 12, 2012 to May 11 2015.

Now, I realized that I can only file extension to Sep 30, 2014.
