我的EB2和EB3是基于一个LC (The LC did not have errors)。律师当时寄给我的email说，we are filing the EB-2 petition to amend and correct the EB-3 Petition. 

 If the EB3 is invalid, do you see any potential problem with my EB2?  (这么多年，经历了 I-485 denied，EB2被递成EB3，J2 waiver denied, 我已经有点怕了）。

过去这两年我在中国也一直给雇主远程工作，税表是雇的芝加哥的会计师填的，他说只给美国政府报税，但不用给中国政府报税，是这样吗？

 回到原来的职位，只是签了H1b, 雇主没再打广告找人，会有问题吗？
