Dear friends,
This is a postdoctor with J1 visa in national lab of USA. It is not possible to get support and no objection letter from the institute in China and ambassary. so the possible way to get the waiver is from the national interest, some friends told me it is very difficut to make it by this way, I am in trouble now, is there some friends to share the information with me, how do you make it by this way?
