“8月份485排期到时小孩刚好满14岁，收到RFE 要求重新打指纹，截至日期11月10日。但是到现在还没收到打指纹预约通知，这种情况如何处理？谢谢。
-Mayjust bring the RFE to the ASC to see whether the IO can allow your child to do it. After completing the fingerprinting, just provide the copy of the fingerprint receipt/proof for the response to the RFE.“
现在的问题是, I brought the kid to the ASC, the IO at front desk did not allow the fingerprinting and insisted to have the ASC appointment first before the fingerprints is done. She gave me a 1-800 number and said I can call and make appointment, but when I called, the agent said she cannot make the appointment and the best she can do is creating a service request, and it will probably take 15 days for someone to contact me, which will be very close to the 11/10 due day.
Is there anything I can do?
