父母来美签证停留半年，到时候再申请延期的话，那么机票怎么定，是先定半年往返的，到时候再改成一年往返的，有效期定半年还是1年有效，看有效期不同，价格差好多啊，如果定单程的会有问题吗（打电话给上海东航的，说是探亲要定来回票）？
