My EB3 485 pending since 2007, I think the case will be in final step within couple months or half year .

Since company who sponsored me not in good business, I turned to parttime . (I use EAD)

But I got a full time similar job in another city , family still in current city , I am back to home every weekend (3 hours driving ).

I have posted question regarding this , you told me need to file AR11 ,don't need to notify job change to CIS, but on AR11 form I need to fill the employer I work for , does this mean CIS will know and send ref to me about job change as my case priority date is Jan/07, looks like will be on current in couple months .

I am really concerned about it .
