我的排期已近,看了前面有关485 REF 的贴, 想到我也有一问题:
以下是我当时写给CIS 的信,他们也没有回复. 但最终他们二个EAD RENEWAL 都批了, 一个是10/7/10-10/6/12, 另一个是11/17/10-11/16/12.
当时因工卡到期, 我在9/30/10 暂停工作, 11/15/10恢复上班, 我给老板看了二个卡, 他复印了11/17/10 的卡. 去年我又RENEW EAD, 现在是11/17/12-11/16/14,
请教我会有问题吗? 我是否非法工作二天? 11/15-16/2010

I am writing this letter to explain that you probably have received my two applications for my employment authorization renewal (Form I-765), please kindly withdraw following application for me.

Attached the copy of receipt notice for your reference .
The detail of cause is as below:
I filed my application for renewal of my employment authorization in middle of July, but I received rejection notice (receipt # SRC1090144018) with returned application package at end of July since I missed to fill one field on the form .
I did a new application and sent it to your office on Aug. 3 by certified mail (# 7010106000011295) , usually it takes 3-4 days for mail to be delivered . For some reason this mail hasn’t been delivered after 10 days it mailed , I called CIS customer service line about this matter and was told I can just correct and complete the returned application and file it again , so at 6:20pm of Aug.13 , I went to postal office to request stop delivery and return of last mail , meanwhile I sent out the corrected application to your office by certificated mail (# 7010106000011296) .
On Aug.15 , I found on usps.com that the mail (# 7010106000011295) delivered even though I have requested stop delivery . Then I have to go to post office to ask stop my last mail which sent on Aug.13 , the post office confirmed that they faxed my request to Dallas post office (zip 75266) on Aug 17, unfortunately they still delivered the mail on Aug.18 , now you have my two application packages for employment authorization renewal. Please kindly note.
