I am currently a researcher in scientific field, interested in going with EB-1(a) (extraordinary ability) for GC. I may switch jobs within a couple of years, while my application is still being processed probably:-( Here are my questions:
1. If I stay with H-1B without applying for labor certificate, can i change job without affecting my green card application BEFORE the approval of my I-140? can I change jobs AFTER the approval of I-140?
2. If I apply for labor certificate, can i change job without affecting my green card application BEFORE the approval of my I-140? can I change jobs AFTER the approval of I-140?
