I was laidoff this August, and transfered into F2.
Based on the posts from this board, if I transfer into H1 again, my
case should not be subject to H1 cap.
I am in the jobhunting process now, The problem is after I explained my
visa status to the hiring managers, usually they said they would consult
the lawyers of their companies. Then, I got no response after that.
My question is that is it well acknowledged that H1-F2-H1 case would not be subject to H1 cap?
and if so,could you give me some suggestion that how could I persuade company to go over this
process for me?
